Delivery & returns



  • Deliveries are free in France and in the DOM TOM from 200 euros of order.

  • Allow 1 to 2 working days for an order to be processed. Once processed, the order is sent. You will then receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Please note that delivery times are indicative and may be extended depending on the country, during holiday periods (Christmas, New Year's Day, etc.) or during exceptional events (sales, social movements, weather, etc ...)

  • We ship products in stock within 48 hours. For products that are not in stock, we accept pre-orders: average delivery time 30 working days.



  • Home delivery without signature via Collisimo (3 to 5 working days): Free for any purchase over 200 euros. For any purchase of less than 200 euros, count 3 euros for shipping costs and 6 euros for the other Caribbean islands. Free in the case of a personal delivery in Martinique only.


  • Home delivery without signature via Collisimo (10 to 12 working days): Free for any purchase over 200 euros. For any purchase of less than 200 euros, count 10 euros for shipping costs.


  • Home delivery without signature via DHL (10 to 30 working days): Free for any purchase over 300 euros. For any purchase of less than 300 euros, count 25 euros for shipping costs.

Please note that for France and internationally, products coming from Martinique, additional charges may apply to customs, regardless of our will. Swim Saya has no control over the customs duties, taxes and levies collected by the country of the recipient of your order and can therefore not be held responsible. These costs are your responsibility.


  • You have 15 days to return your package from the date of receipt.

  • If you wish to return an order to us, please inform us first by email within 8 days of receipt of the package to, taking care to indicate your order number. We will then tell you the steps to follow as well as the address to which to return your items to us.

  • Returned products must be new, never worn, in their original condition, with the labels still attached to the products and in their perfectly intact pouch. They must not have been washed or altered in any way. Upon receipt of the package, will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. No return or exchange will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and such use or damage renders the items unfit for sale. If the return or exchange is refused, then the items will be returned to you. You will therefore be responsible for the return costs.

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs incurred for the return, we do not cover or reimburse them.

  • The choice of your carrier is up to you. We advise you to keep a proof of deposit of packages provided by your carrier. In the absence of this proof, no refund will be made if there is a loss of package.

  • Upon receipt of the goods at our premises and after confirmation of the condition of the product (s), we will send you a voucher corresponding to the amount spent during your order within 15 days.

  • Please note, we do not accept returns on orders made during promotional periods, sales and other commercial offers. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
